Trust Score The one score of this catalog, 0–100, same open formula for every listing. Panels: domain age 35 · openness 35 (public prices 14, open order counter 14, verified owner 7) · reviews on smm.guide 15 · reviews across the web 15. Missing reviews sit at the neutral middle — unknown is not bad. Closed openness earns zero: those points are in the owner's own hands. Automated scanners are not counted at all. — open formula, same for every listing, never for sale

Trustpilot 2.9/5 negative 2025-07 trustpilot.com

A merchant waited over a week for store approval with support going silent despite repeated follow-ups while customers were unable to pay, concluding the provider cannot be relied on for card payments.

“They are not acting as a trustworthy or professional payment provider”

Trustpilot negative 2024-11 trustpilot.com

A merchant in an SMM-panel context alleges transactions not credited, fees reaching 10% plus a $100 monthly fee, threats of six-month fund freezes and a subsequent $2,500 demand; the reviewer pitches an alternative gateway, so competitor bias cannot be excluded.

About Big-Pay

Card-only gateway live since 2023 with undisclosed ownership and per-merchant pricing.

Big-pay.com is a small card-payment gateway live since August 2023 on a domain that had been parked for sale until early that year; it should not be confused with BigPay, the Malaysian AirAsia fintech app, an entirely different company. It offers hosted and redirect checkout plus payment links for major card brands, with WordPress and WHMCS plugins, a sandbox and a REST API whose documentation uses the standard Mastercard MPGS test-card set; its 2023 checkout logo was co-branded with Bank of Beirut. No operating company, address or jurisdiction is disclosed anywhere, and fees are never published — commission is set per merchant, while onboarding requests monthly card volume and dispute ratio. The public website is visibly unfinished template work with stock partner logos and placeholder text, alongside implausible user-count claims. Its only third-party footprint is a 2.9/5 Trustpilot profile from 2 reviews, both negative, one written by a merchant in a Perfect Panel context.

For SMM businesses: Known in the SMM-panel world mainly through Perfect Panel, which added a BigPay card module around August 2024. Card acquiring that accepts high-risk profiles plus WHMCS plugins fits panel stacks, but undisclosed ownership, unpublished fees, gatekept onboarding and negative feedback make it a high-counterparty-risk option.
